Returns / Exchanges

You have 2 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.
We stand by the quality of our products and want total customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you have purchased is defective or damaged, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. It is vitally important that when you place your order for personalised products that you check all details, including, spelling, punctuation, grammar, images, colours etc are correct as the process is automated and it will not be checked.

We do not offer exchanges and only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the return facility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Wrong Address (if applicable)
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges and only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
To return your product, the return address label is set by default to the return facility. You can also contact us at info@whatever.gifts with order number. We will provide individual instructions based on your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

It is best to contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Customer has the right to return items within 14 days of receiving purchase. If there is damage on arrival please take pictures and inform us immediately. Then even if the item is damaged please take care to return items as best you can with bubble wrap and outer layers of cardboard. Refund will then take 3-5 workings days to payment option provided originally.
On the rare occasion there’s an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect item), please provide please contact us with pictures etc. We will do our best to resolve the issues providing evidence given. Each parcel is lovingly wrapped by the team at whatever.gifts so we hope to provide you with the excellence in customer service you deserve and in return we hope you are happy with your orders and honest with your returns.
