A. Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Each item listed in our store has delivery times in description.

Returns / Exchanges

Q. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?
A. We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us within 2 hours after making the order, we will be able to cancel your order and refund your money!

Q. Can I return an item for a full refund?
A. Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within 14 days of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!

Q. Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?
A. We do not do exchanges once the order is in the process of creation or shipped.
However, if you contact us within 2 hours after making the order, we will be able to change your order.
